Wed 24 June: The move goes on.

We are starting to set up the gaming area of the shop today and will have pictures of that tomorrow.
In the meantime here are a couple of photos just for fun:

Chaplin Dreadnaught in the fight for humanity: "If I kill the bunny I am bad, If the bunny beats me I will be know as the dreadnaught that got beat by a bunny!" Bunny dreadnaught Orkified by one of our gamers for his Ork Army.

Picture 2: Our shop steward Kitten checking to make sure all is going well. He was a abandoned kitten who was found at the old shop location and rescued by Nancy. She was going to adopt him out and did not want to become attached to him so we all just called him "Kitten". Well 6 months later he is now 11 pounds and still known as kitten.

More pics tomorrow.

Pictures of the move

Nancy sent me these 2 pictures of the shop from Saturday. Image two is of the "Essex part of the Warehouse. Actually it is a cleverly hidden set of racks next to the gameing area.

Picture 1 is of the FAA corner. These are the 20mm 20th century figures that we produce.

More to follow in the next day or so.

The move is underway

Well after one of the hottest weeks in June in Nashville we have about 80% of Wargames moved. Not up on the shelves yet but moved. Many thanks to Terry Webb and Neel Woodall for their help in moving. For those who do not know them Terry is our resident DBA & it variants expert. Neel is our Ambush Alley Guru. Nancy has some pics I hope that she will send me tonight so that I can get them up on the blog.

Well I finally got time to post again.

Well, I am only 5 weeks late in posting, for me a minor victory. Here are some pics of my work so far,

Chaplin Dreadnaught for Dark Angels. Redemption is only a moment away

Dark Angels Venerable Dreadnaught (Painted for me by Evil Bobs painting service)

Dark Angels Mortis dreadnaught with 2 twin link heavy bolters. Bring on the Horde armies.

Tomorrow I will have a picture of My Chaplin Dreadnaught in a fierce struggle for the fate of mankind. (23 June 09 I am still awaiting Lord Al to send me the pic of my Chaplin Dreadnaught in the fight to save humanity.)

Friday April 17th 09

Well tax time is now over and I have a little extra time on the paint table. I hope to do these every Friday as that is sort of the end of the week time for me. Finished this week: A space Marine Drop pod. Yes, I know I need pictures, but that part is just going to have to wait a bit.

On the table: A scout squad, A Dark Angels Rhino, A Dark Angels Tactical Squad in robes, and the Warhound Titan lurking in the side. I have just about finished painting the lower part and have the carapace and cockpit primed and ready to go home to set into the que.

That should keep me busy for the next week to 10 days.

Long term projects:
A space marine company (assembled and awaiting primer)
The Deathwing project (close but just got tired of looking at them)
A load of dreadnaughts (14 to be exact), don't know why I have so many but I am sure that using them in the Apocolypse formation will be impressive.

Well will post next week, hopefully I will keep the focus and get some more stuff finished.
